Five 1st class stamps were used, in 2014 the value of 1st class is 60p. Therefore, total face value is £3.00
Five postal markings, but they are not really in clear. However, still readable. Circular date stamp (cds),

In order as they were sticked on the cover. From left to right and top to bottom.
WON and ISSUED is in the format August 2012.
The address was written using a black marker which I am afraid over time, the ink will release 'dirty' ink and smudged to adjacent areas.
