Ibiza - Postal Cover from Barcelona (2014) Stamp & Post Office Uprated
Received on 4 March 2014.
A stamp with face 31 centimos was used and later was uprated in the post office by cash payment, hence two postal marks.
'Franqueo Pagado' was stamped by the clerk upon receipt of postal shortage and the round postmark was by machine.
Unknown uprated amount.
