Hosted by Thailand Post Co Ltd, the event was held from 2 August until 14 August 2013 at Royal Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon shopping centre.
The exhibition was organised under the patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The Princess has graciously allowed the showcase to exclusively exhibit her personal collections under one main theme "Art and Happiness", including stamp collections concerning art heritage among different and colourful branches of the arts.
Each with face value 5 Baht บาท.
