The postage was "prepaid and printed from PayPal" and the one on the printed paper has a tracking number: RY130129159GB and Royal Mail self-adhesive sticker: RN306812629GB. However, only one is was trackable.
The cover was cut and the self-adhesive label was actually 'folded' to the backside and during recovery, it was accidentally teared.

This group with my cousin has stole my identity and my families identities. The steal our mail every day. She was hired by Scientology to steal our inheritance. Could someone tell me what is being sent to my mail that never makes it to us. Its obviously something to do with our inheritance. Your help would be appreciated. Our postal workers let them steal this.
