Original 2¢ card was issued in 1893.

Uprated using 1¢ stamp issued in September 1892.

Known postcard was used in 1898.

Inconclusive whether the uprated was made by the Postal Service.
 

'The U.P.U. postcard rate increased from 2c to 3c on 1st March 1894'

Postmark from Singapore is not readable, but the receiving post office postmark is very clear.

The paper needs to be handled properly.
