Produced in 1945 and has a colourless roulette and original block has 25 stamps in a pane.
Numbered panes are issued in booklets of 20 panes.
It is believed that this revenue stamp was withdrawn and considered unissued as no known usage was recorded.
Two recorded panes are known, one is with red coloured roulette (141) and one is colourless roulette (141a). This particular one is colourless roulette.
