Originally, an aerogramme of Federation of Malaya and later uprated by 25¢ using Johore's stamp of Sultan Ibrahim.

The use of Johore's stamp may indicate that the aerogramme was meant for use within Johore. However, during this time, it has to be understood that stamps from any state of Malaya are valid for usage within other states as well.

This has not been recorded by ISC catalog.
