Towards the end of 2016, Tune Money advertised that customer should change to Pin-and-Pay based prepaid card. A new card with new number has been issued. RM20 fee for new card has also been waived.

Tune Money offers two prepaid card accounts, namely BIG Prepaid Mastercard Plastic (physical) and BIG Prepaid Mastercard Virtual (as the name suggests, it has no physical card but only numbers for online transactions).

BIG Prepaid MasterCard offers AirAsia ZERO Booking Processing Fee. Besides that, customer will also get RM2 price off for every pre-booked meal and RM2 price off for every pre-booked baggage.

This card allows reload in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and conversion into 5 different currencies USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and SGD.

AirAsia BIG Points will only be earned when customer used the BIG Prepaid MasterCard overseas (RM2 = 1 AirAsia BIG Point).

Customer can increased wallet limit from RM1,500 to RM10,000 by providing additional documentation to the Tune Money.

Account Service Fee
RM2.50 per month for inactive account where there is no Card Transaction in a particular month.
