One clip-card is valid for 10 clips. Clipping is based on the number of zone covered. One clip allows a passenger to travel within zone 1 up to zone 4.
Therefore, if it has been clipped twice at the same time, the passenger can travel over to zone 5, 6, 7 and 8 within 1 hour time.
It is valid for bus and train, and if the time has not been over yet, passenger do not need to clip the card upon embarking another method of transportation.
The card is not limited for one passenger, few passengers can share one card as long as enough clip can be made for each passenger.
One clip on this card can be shared up to four passengers if every one of them is traveling only within Zone 1. It is valid due to the fact one clip worth 4 zones, therefore if only one zone travel, therefore it is valid for up to 4 persons.

This particular card was purchased from 7-Eleven at the Central Station in Copenhagen for DKK 250 (Roughly around €33).
