• Enter Prepaid Card Number
• Insert CASH and confirm
• Please take confirmation receipt.
• Transaction complete.

Maybank ATM

• Insert Debit Card
• Select English/Malay & enter PIN number
• Select other transaction
• Select Prepaid Payment
• Enter Prepaid number
• Enter amount and confirm
• Select from which account and confirm
• Transaction processed, take card
• Take confirmation slip.
• Transaction complete.

How to set PIN

• Maybank2u

Log on to Maybank2U. Select "Card Management" tab.
Select the card to set PIN by clicking "Set PIN Now"

Kindly contact the toll-free number at the reverse side of your Card

• Maybank Branches

Walk-in to any of Maybank branches for issuance new prepaid card PIN. Bring along the self-identification document i.e. MyKad of passport for non-Malaysian

Steps for Cash Withdrawal via ATM - Prepaid Card

• Insert card, select language.
• Please enter your PIN.
• At Main menu, please select a transaction.
• Select other amounts or account.
• Please enter amount to be issued RM0.00.
• Please select Credit Card.
• Transaction processed, take card and cash.
• Take confirmation slip.
• Transaction complete.

Steps for Balance Enquiry via ATM

• Insert card, select language.
• Please enter your PIN.
• At Main menu, please select a transaction.
• Select Prepaid Card.
• Transaction processed and available balance displayed on screen.

Balance Enquiry via SMS
Check your card balance via Short Messaging System (SMS) Alert.
Type PCBAL (space) first 6 digit of card number(#)last 4 digit of card number(#)customer ID. Send to 66628.
Example: Type PCBAL (space) 375987#1001#801231009876 and send to 66628
