A total of 95.7 million were struck between 1963 and 1966%2C all with the date of 1963.%26nbsp%3BAn updated coin featuring the arms of the%26nbsp%3BRomanian Socialist Republic%26nbsp%3B%28proclaimed 21 August 1965%29 entered circulation in 1967 yet was dated 1966.
