Royal Mail will issue a second special London 2012 mini-sheet of four stamps to coincide with the spectacular opening of the London 2012 Paralympic Games on 29 August. Royal Mail will also become the first postal administration, whose country is hosting the Games, to issue a set of stamps to celebrate the start of the Paralympic Games.
